The cylinder is equipped with lifting plates and guide plates with different angles and spacing, which can ensure that the dried material moves along the spiral direction under the action of gravity, maintaining sufficient residence time and sufficient dispersion inside the cylinder.
Using a self combustion device to generate heat, the wet material is fed into one end of the dryer and undergoes sufficient heat exchange with the hot air flow from the combustion chamber under the flipping of the inclined spiral plate. It then moves to the discharge valve at the other end of the dryer to discharge the finished product, thus completing the drying operation.
