XGN-Q series light hammer crusher, commonly known as hammer crusher, optimizes the traditional hammer crusher and designs a more practical new hammer crusher without grating bars, which is suitable for brittle materials with a compressive strength not greater than 150Mpa.
DRY AND WET MATERIALS CAN BE CRUSHED
The new hammer crusher has no grate design, which effectively avoids the phenomenon that the traditional hammer crusher is easy to clog the material, and can also crush wet materials with high water content.
REDUCED POWDER YIELD
The output of traditional hammer crusher is relatively large, and the dust overflow is more serious. The scientific and reasonable design of the new hammer crusher can flexibly adjust the size of the output particle size and control the content of stone powder in the finished material.
WEAR-RESISTANT HAMMER
The hammer head adopts high chromium alloy composite casting process, which improves the impact resistance of the hammer handle and the wear resistance of the hammer head.

The downtime of the production line is reduced, and the production capacity is greatly increased.
The hammer crusher mainly relies on impact energy to complete the crushing operation of materials. When the hammer crusher is working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed, and the material enters the crusher chamber evenly. The high-speed rotating hammer head rushes towards the baffle plate and the sieve bar in the frame, and the material larger than the sieve hole size is retained on the sieve plate and continues to be hit and ground by the hammer until it is crushed to the required discharge particle size and finally discharged out of the machine through the sieve plate .
